You must be at least 13 years oldto create an account. SpraySo is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information — if we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we will delete it. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use SpraySo.

Age ranges you optionally share with us are approximate, are used only to keep the community appropriate, and are never shown publicly.

Crews, beef, battles, "kings," and everything competitive on SpraySo are game fiction. Crews are invented by us and are not, and may not be used to represent, real crews, gangs, or any real-world organization. You agree not to use SpraySo to claim, promote, or coordinate real gang affiliation or activity, to carry real-world disputes onto the platform, or to threaten, harass, dox, or intimidate anyone. Rivalry stays playful and on the platform. We remove accounts that break this.

SpraySo is about making graffiti-style art— digitally, and on your own stuff. We do not encourage, condone, or reward vandalism or any illegal application of art to property you don't own or lack permission to paint. Walls on SpraySo are virtual; keep the real ones legal.

You own the art you make and upload, and you're responsible for it. By posting to public areas (walls, the Latest feed, open black books) you give SpraySo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content within the service. Don't upload anything you don't have rights to, and no hate speech, slurs, sexual content involving minors, threats, or content that identifies or targets private individuals. We may moderate, hide, or remove content and reclaim writer names (for example, ones that impersonate people or staff) at our discretion.

One account per person. Keep your login to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Open black books can be signed by other members — you can close your book at any time, and you can delete any entry from your own book. Props, XP, levels, and crew affiliations are cosmetic game features with no monetary value, and we may rebalance or reset them.

Credits and any purchases are governed by the pricing shown at checkout. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are consumed when you generate art. Physical product orders are subject to the details presented at purchase time.

SpraySo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpraySo and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, art, or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration held in Santa Clara County, California, and you and SpraySo each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, to the fullest extent permitted by law. If a claim is found not subject to arbitration, you agree it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to venue and personal jurisdiction there. Either party may instead bring qualifying claims in small claims court in Santa Clara County.

We may update these terms; when we do, the version date above changes and you'll be asked to accept again before continuing to use your account. If you don't agree, stop using SpraySo and contact us to delete your account.
